The NAD+ Drip 250mg contains IV fluid, Electrolytes, and NAD+ 250mg. Nothing else goes in the bag unless you choose an add-on at checkout.

NAD+ is a coenzyme in every cell, used in the reactions that turn nutrients into energy and by the proteins that repair DNA. Levels are known to fall with age. An NAD+ infusion delivers the coenzyme directly into the bloodstream at 250mg over 2 to 4 hours. Human outcome evidence for NAD+ IV therapy is limited, so we describe the molecule's role and not a result; anyone promising you anti-aging or sharper thinking from a drip is ahead of the evidence.

Because NAD+ has to be infused slowly. Run fast it can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea or cramping, so the nurse starts at a slow rate and adjusts it to how you feel through the visit. That is the whole reason it is a long appointment and why we bring it to your home: you work, watch something or nap while it runs instead of sitting in a clinic chair.

There is no schedule we recommend. Some clients book a short series, some once a month, some once. Your Nurse Practitioner reviews the intake each time and the questions that matter are heart conditions, pregnancy and breastfeeding, which are reviewed individually. The 250mg dose is our standard; the 500mg tier is the most we give in one visit.

Start at 250mg if you have never had NAD+ by IV: it is the standard dose, it costs $249, and it tells you and the nurse how you tolerate the infusion. The 500mg tier is $449, takes the same 2 to 4 hours, and is the dose cap. You can also add a 125mg boost to the 250mg drip at checkout for $75 without stepping up to the full 500mg.

$249 flat. That covers the visit, setup, and every listed ingredient. Travel is included across most of our service area. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay. Add-ons are priced separately and shown before you pay. There is no membership and nothing renews.

The infusion runs about 2 to 4 hours. Plan on the nurse being at your address for that long, plus a few minutes to set up and pack out.

Yes. At checkout you can add NAD+ ($75), Glutathione ($20), and Extra IV fluids 500mL ($50). The clinician reviews every add-on for fit at the visit.

Our IV visits are for adults 18 and older, with no exceptions. Every visit starts with a clinical intake covering your health history, allergies, and medications, and your provider repeats a brief assessment on arrival. Pregnancy requires your OB provider's sign-off. Heart, kidney, and fluid-restriction conditions are reviewed individually, and fluid volume is limited for clients 60 and older. If the provider cannot clear you on the day, the drip is not charged and a $50 travel and assessment fee is retained. NAD+ is infused slowly on purpose. A licensed nurse administers every drip, and the practice is owned and led by a Nurse Practitioner. A mobile IV is not a substitute for emergency care: for chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, or a severe reaction, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
