Medication, when clinically appropriate
Your Nurse Practitioner recommends only FDA-approved medication when clinically appropriate. No compounded alternatives. Any medication is ordered by her and paid directly to the pharmacy, not to A&M.
Reference pricing (third-party). Oral options typically start around $149/month and injectable options around $299/month through the pharmacy's cash-pay program. All amounts are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Where the money goes
Your bill has three lines. Only one of them is ours.
$99 a month, to A&M. Your Nurse Practitioner's care: a telehealth visit every month, an in-person visit every three months.
The lab's price, to the lab. Your Nurse Practitioner orders your labs. You complete them and pay the lab directly, and you go over the results together.
The pharmacy's price, to the pharmacy, if medication is part of your plan. The reference range above is theirs, not ours. A&M does not sell, stock, or dispense medication, and we do not add a fee to what you pay anyone else.
Whether medication belongs in your plan at all is a clinical decision your Nurse Practitioner makes with you after your labs. Not everyone is a candidate, and a pricing page does not decide that.
Why some programs look cheaper on the sticker
Some programs advertise a single all-in number, often in the $250 to $350 range. When that number covers medication that is not the FDA-approved brand, most of it is not the medication. The rest is a care fee that never appears on its own line. We would rather show you ours.
Some programs will also let you skip the initial lab draw if you sign a waiver. We do not. Every A&M plan begins with your baseline lab results in hand before any medication decision is made. That is the safety floor, and we do not price around it.
That is why we split the bill instead of bundling it. Every line has a name on it: ours, the lab's, the pharmacy's. Ours is $99, and it is the only line we are paid. The other prices are published by the people who charge them, so you can add up your real total tonight, before you book anything.
Comparison figures reflect publicly advertised program pricing in Middle Tennessee and nationally, surveyed August 2026. Lab and pharmacy pricing vary; you go over current numbers at your visit.
Tennessee sales tax does not apply to clinical medical services.
Why this is different from an app
Same clinician every month. App-based services rotate anonymous providers. Your care history sits with one Nurse Practitioner who knows your labs and your case.
Safety and quality. Established, evidence-based options only. No compounded alternatives, no shortcuts.
In-person start. First visit is at our Brentwood office. That is how you meet the person managing your care over time.
Nashville-owned. Not a national chatbot, not a franchise. Local, cash-pay, small practice.

Meet your Nurse Practitioner
Aira leads every consultation herself.
MSN, RN, APRN, FNP-C
Aira practices inside a large hospital system and opened A&M to run medically supervised weight management the way she believes it should be run: with the same clinician month over month, not a rotating panel of ten-minute visits.
She built the program around what she saw missing in most weight management care: continuity. Same Nurse Practitioner every visit, personalized labs, and a plan that adjusts to the person, not the calendar. Consistency is the part that usually holds.
Every consultation, every lab review, and every plan decision comes from her. No call center, no rotating panel, no shortcuts.
Your path through care
Clear steps. No shortcut past the clinical evaluation.
Every program begins at the Brentwood office and moves forward only after a clinical evaluation.

Before you request a visit
A few practical answers.
The first conversation is for understanding your goals and deciding whether this care model may be a fit.
What does it cost?
Free first visit. Free first month after labs. Then $99/month, cancel any month. Medication, if appropriate, is paid to the pharmacy, not to us.
What happens at the first visit?
You meet one-on-one with a Nurse Practitioner at the Brentwood office. Your provider reviews your goals, health history, and lifestyle, discusses baseline labs, and explains what a personalized plan may look like.
Do you accept insurance?
Membership is cash-pay and insurance is not billed for your clinical membership. You will receive an itemized receipt that some patients submit to FSA or HSA plans; coverage is between you and your plan.
Will I see the same provider?
Yes. The same Nurse Practitioner leads the first visit and every follow-up, so your care history stays with one person who knows your labs and your dose.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes. Both the clinical membership and any third-party pharmacy program are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You are never locked into a package.
