What to expect.
Is the first visit virtual?
No. The first visit is in person at our Brentwood, Tennessee office. A clinical program of this kind begins with a one-on-one evaluation with a Nurse Practitioner.
Do you accept insurance?
No. The program is cash-pay. You will receive an itemized receipt that some patients submit to FSA or HSA plans; coverage is between you and your plan.
Who is the provider?
Care is led by a licensed Nurse Practitioner. The same provider sees you at the consultation and at follow-up visits.
Is this available in other states?
At this time the program is offered to Tennessee residents. We plan to add states as licensure allows.
How long is a typical program?
Programs are individualized. Your provider will discuss expected duration during the consultation, after reviewing your goals and baseline labs.
