Cancellation and Rescheduling
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Time slots shown during checkout are tentative and are not reserved until your payment is completed. If you leave checkout open without completing payment, we may release your tentative slot at any time so another client can book it, and we may expire abandoned checkout sessions after a short window (typically five to thirty minutes).
We accept appointment cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty or fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 4 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 hold fee. This covers the reserved time block and supplies prepped on your behalf, which otherwise could have been offered to another client.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, or after an A&M IV Co. medical professional has already been dispatched to my location, a $100 dispatch fee will be charged. At this stage, fuel, time, and resources are actively being utilized.
If an A&M IV Co. medical professional arrives at the designated location and the client is not present, unreachable for 15 minutes, or refuses the infusion upon arrival, a charge of 100% of the total service cost will be applied.
The client's health and safety are A&M IV Co.'s top priorities. The medical staff of A&M IV Co. will perform a brief assessment, including checking vital signs and evaluating venous access. If the medical provider at A&M IV Co. determines that a client is not medically cleared to safely receive an IV infusion on that day, the client will not be charged for the IV treatment itself. However, a $50 travel and assessment fee will be retained.
All treatments are final sale. Because our IV therapies are customized and mixed specifically for you at the time of your appointment, we do not offer refunds once the service has been administered. We appreciate your understanding!

Group Bookings
When group booking with a per-person deposit is enabled at checkout, a deposit of $50 per attendee is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the same card after your visit is complete. If the card declines, we will email you a secure payment link and notify our team so we can follow up.
The cancellation and rescheduling terms above apply to group bookings as well. Cancellation fees are capped at the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation. For example, if only the deposit has been paid and the visit is cancelled inside the 4-hour dispatch window, the dispatch fee is retained from the deposit and the remainder is refunded; no separate balance is charged.
These terms may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
