NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every living cell, used in the reactions that turn nutrients into cellular energy and in the proteins that repair DNA. This 250mg infusion is our standard dose, a slow, steady drip that takes 2 to 4 hours. Doing it at a clinic can be a major disruption to your day, so we bring it to you and you can work, watch a movie, or relax while it runs. Want more? “I had such a great experience with A&M Mobile IV. From the moment the Nurse Practitioner showed up, everything felt calm, professional, and really well taken care of. What immediately made me feel comfortable is knowing she's a Nurse Practitioner. She explained everything in a simple, reassuring way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole process was super smooth and honestly more relaxing than I expected. Afterwards I genuinely noticed a difference. I felt more hydrated, more energized, and just overall refreshed. She has a really rare balance of being highly professional while still warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. It didn't feel like a service, it felt like being genuinely cared for. 15 out of 10 stars!”
Best use for
- Cellular Energy Support. NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells use to turn nutrients into energy.
- Not a Stimulant. Unlike caffeine, NAD+ acts inside the cell rather than on the nervous system.
- A Role in Metabolism. NAD+ takes part in the reactions that break nutrients down.
- NAD+ is concentrated in the brain, where cells use it in those same energy reactions.
What does an NAD+ IV do?
NAD+ is a coenzyme in every cell, used in the reactions that turn nutrients into energy, and levels have been reported to fall with age in some tissues. The NAD+ Drip at A&M IV Co. in Nashville delivers 250mg of NAD+ in one liter of IV fluid with electrolytes for $249, infused slowly over 2 to 4 hours by a licensed nurse at your home after a Nurse Practitioner reviews your intake. It is not a stimulant and contains no caffeine. Human outcome evidence for NAD+ IV therapy is limited, NAD+ infusions are not approved by the FDA for any condition, and long-term safety has not been studied, so we describe the molecule's role and not a result, and we do not promise energy, clarity or anything else from it. It is for someone who has read about NAD+ and wants to try it at home, knowing it takes a morning: a demanding work stretch, or curiosity after a friend's experience.
How much does NAD+ IV therapy cost in Nashville and how long does it take?
At A&M IV Co. the NAD+ Drip is $249 for our starting dose of 250mg and takes 2 to 4 hours; the 500mg tier is $449, runs at the same slow rate, and takes the long end of that range or longer. Each is 250mg or 500mg of NAD+ in one liter of IV fluid with electrolytes, delivered by a licensed nurse who stays for the whole infusion at your home, hotel or rental in the Nashville area, after a Nurse Practitioner reviews your intake. The price covers the visit, the supplies and the full infusion. Travel is included across most of our service area. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay. A 125mg NAD+ boost can be added to the 250mg drip at checkout for $75. It takes hours because NAD+ has to be infused slowly on purpose: too fast and it can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea or cramping, so the nurse starts slow and adjusts the rate to how you feel. If the nurse declines the visit on arrival for safety, the drip is not charged and a $50 travel and assessment fee is retained. It is for someone who can stay put for a morning. Is NAD+ IV safe and who should not get it?
It is not for anyone under 18. Pregnancy requires your obstetric provider's sign-off first, and breastfeeding and heart conditions are reviewed individually by your Nurse Practitioner at intake. We do not treat alcohol or drug withdrawal; shaking, sweating, a racing heart or confusion after stopping drinking is medical care, not a drip. The NAD+ Drip at A&M IV Co. in Nashville, $249 for 250mg of NAD+ in one liter of IV fluid with electrolytes, is infused slowly on purpose, because NAD+ given too quickly can cause flushing, chest tightness, nausea or cramping; the nurse starts at a slow rate, stays for the whole 2 to 4 hours, and slows it if you feel flushed or queasy. Chest tightness that eases when the drip is slowed is the known rate effect; chest pain that does not ease when the drip is stopped, or any trouble breathing, means call 911. The 500mg tier is the most we give in one visit. It is for a first-time NAD+ client who wants the starting dose and a nurse in the room the whole time. An IV is elective wellness care and not a substitute for emergency care.

IV fluid
The base fluid that carries every other ingredient straight into the bloodstream. Typically an isotonic crystalloid like Normal Saline or Lactated Ringer's, matched to your physiology so it absorbs without diluting the body's own chemistry. IV delivery bypasses the stomach entirely, so the fluid is in circulation as the bag runs rather than after the hour or two an oral drink takes to absorb.
NAD+
CoenzymeA coenzyme found in every cell. Cells use it in the reactions that turn nutrients into energy.
