Rehydrate and soothe after too much sun or heat with vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione to support skin recovery.
A long day in the Tennessee sun or heat can leave you dehydrated, depleted, and burning. The Sunburn & Heat Recovery Drip rehydrates you and pairs vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione with B-vitamins to support skin recovery and replenish what the heat drained. A licensed medical professional administers your IV at your home, hotel, or Airbnb so you can cool down and recover comfortably.
“I had such a great experience with A&M Mobile IV. From the moment the Nurse Practitioner showed up, everything felt calm, professional, and really well taken care of. What immediately made me feel comfortable is knowing she's a Nurse Practitioner. She explained everything in a simple, reassuring way and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The whole process was super smooth and honestly more relaxing than I expected. Afterwards I genuinely noticed a difference. I felt more hydrated, more energized, and just overall refreshed. She has a really rare balance of being highly professional while still warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. It didn't feel like a service, it felt like being genuinely cared for. 15 out of 10 stars!”
It helps with the part of a bad sun day that is dehydration; it does not heal the burn, and we have not measured whether it changes how long a sunburn takes. The Sunburn & Heat Recovery Drip at A&M IV Co. in Nashville is $219 and contains one liter of IV fluid with electrolytes, because a day of sweating in the heat is the main thing being repaired; vitamin C, a co-factor in collagen production and an antioxidant; zinc, a trace mineral used in wound healing; vitamin B-complex, used in cellular energy reactions; and glutathione, the antioxidant your cells make to defend against oxidative damage. There is no pain, nausea, acid, sedating or steroid medicine in it. It is for someone home from a day on Percy Priest or a festival lawn who fell asleep in the sun, or a visitor who did not budget for Tennessee heat, on the recovery day once they are cool and improving. Cool compresses, aloe and staying out of the sun are still the treatment for the burn, and a sunburn with widespread blistering, fever and chills, or severe swelling is a burn that needs a doctor, not a drip. A licensed nurse delivers it after a Nurse Practitioner reviews your intake, and the infusion runs about 60 minutes.
At A&M IV Co. the Sunburn & Heat Recovery Drip is $219 flat, with no insurance billing, delivered by a licensed nurse to your home, hotel or rental in the Nashville area after a Nurse Practitioner reviews your intake, with the infusion running about 60 minutes. The price covers the visit, the setup and every ingredient: IV fluid, electrolytes, vitamin C, zinc, vitamin B-complex and glutathione. Travel is included across most of our service area. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay. If you are only dried out and the skin is fine, the Hydration Drip at $139 is the same liter of fluid and electrolytes without the vitamins, and if the day also ended with a lot of alcohol, the Hangover Drip at $259 covers the nausea and headache this one does not. If the nurse declines the visit on arrival for safety, the drip is not charged and a $50 travel and assessment fee is retained. It is for the person on the day after a hot day who is cool, improving and still behind on fluids. Book online at amivco.com or text (615) 592-6529.
Heat exhaustion is heavy sweating, weakness, dizziness, nausea, a headache and cool clammy skin after time in the heat; the treatment is to get cool and drink now, and if you are not clearly better after an hour of cooling and drinking, or you cannot keep fluids down, that is urgent or emergency care, not a booking. Heat stroke is different and is a 911 call: confusion, slurred speech, fainting or a seizure, skin that is hot to the touch with a very high temperature, or a racing heart while sitting still. Cool the person with water and ice packs at the neck, armpits and groin while you wait, and do not wait to see whether a mobile IV can come. The Sunburn & Heat Recovery Drip at A&M IV Co. in Nashville, $219 for IV fluid, electrolytes, vitamin C, zinc, vitamin B-complex and glutathione, is for the recovery day after, once you are cool and improving, not for heat exhaustion in progress. It fits an adult in that recovery-day case; we do not treat anyone under 18, and heat illness in a child is always an emergency. An IV is elective wellness care and not a substitute for emergency care.

Tap any component below to read what it does. Your provider confirms fit before treatment.
The base fluid that carries every other ingredient straight into the bloodstream. Typically an isotonic crystalloid like Normal Saline or Lactated Ringer's, matched to your physiology so it absorbs without diluting the body's own chemistry. IV delivery bypasses the stomach entirely, so the fluid is in circulation as the bag runs rather than after the hour or two an oral drink takes to absorb.
A co-factor your body uses to form collagen, and an antioxidant that protects healthy cells, including skin cells, against oxidative damage such as damage from ultraviolet light.
An essential trace mineral the body needs in small amounts. It takes part in many enzyme reactions, including those involved in wound healing.
A group of B vitamins that supports cellular energy production, nervous-system function, and healthy red blood cell formation. It is included in drips booked for fatigue and recovery.
An antioxidant produced naturally by the body that helps protect cells from oxidative damage.
Informational note: treatments are described in general wellness terms. Final eligibility and fit should always be confirmed by the medical provider.
