Questions we get from people coming in.
Can you come to the Broadway street party or a bar?
No. We deliver to hotels and short-term rentals inside our travel-included zone, not to street parties, bars, venues or party buses. An IV needs a private space, somewhere to sit for the length of the infusion and a safe way to handle sharps. Your hotel room works.
What if no time shows for the morning after?
Tap By request on January 1 and we text you back with what we can do. We run one calendar for the whole city and January 1 is one morning on it, so booking before New Year's Eve gives us more to work with than a text at 10 a.m.
Do you work on New Year's Day?
Yes. The booking grid runs on January 1 the same as any other day. Whether a slot shows depends on what is already on the calendar, and if nothing does, that is what the By request door is for.
Can you come on the 31st before we go out?
Yes. A hydration or Myers' drip at your hotel on the afternoon of the 31st lands well before midnight. Book earlier in the week so the arrival window is set before the weekend.
We are flying out on the 1st or the 2nd. Can you come before checkout?
Yes. Give us your checkout time when you book and we will aim the arrival window ahead of it. If the slot you need is not on the grid, tap By request and we text you back.
Which parts of town are inside the travel-included zone?
Downtown, SoBro, the Gulch, Midtown, Germantown and East Nashville are all inside it, so there is no travel fee on a delivery there. Brentwood and Franklin are covered too. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay.
