Questions we get from people coming in.
Can you come the afternoon after I finish the half?
Yes. Book Friday and we'll hold an arrival window at your Downtown or Gulch hotel, 2 to 5 hours after your projected finish. If nothing shows on the grid, tap By request and we text you back.
Can you deliver Friday night before the 7 a.m. start?
Yes. A Friday-evening hydration drip at your hotel is a clean fit the night before a 7 a.m. gun. No caffeine, no stimulants, no B12 late-night, just fluids and electrolytes so you sleep well and start hydrated.
Will an IV affect my ability to run the race?
No. Standard wellness drips (fluids, electrolytes, vitamins) don't contain controlled substances or performance-enhancers, and they won't show up on a screen. For race morning itself we recommend the night-before slot rather than the morning of.
I'm flying in Thursday or Friday. Can I book before I land?
Yes. Book online once you have your hotel or Airbnb address and we'll confirm a time slot during your check-in window.
What hotels near the start line do you deliver to?
All of them. Downtown Nashville, the Gulch, Music Row, Germantown, and Lower Broadway hotels are all inside our travel-included zone, so there is no travel fee on a delivery there. Brentwood and Franklin are also covered for runners staying south.
What about a group of runners staying at the same hotel?
For 4+ at the same hotel we offer tiered group rates (10–15% off depending on party size). One person books for the whole group. Ideal for training groups or run-club race trips.
