Questions we get from people coming in.
Can you come to the bar crawl, a party bus or the venue?
No. We deliver to hotels and short-term rentals inside our travel-included zone, not to bars, crawls, party buses or event venues. An IV needs a private space, somewhere to sit for the length of the infusion and a safe way to handle sharps. The rental you are getting ready in works.
What if no time shows for the morning after?
Tap By request on the day you want and we text you back with what we can do. We run one calendar for the whole city and November 1 is one morning on it, so asking before the weekend gives us more to work with.
We are a bachelorette party over Halloween. Is this the right page?
Either page books the same visit. The bachelorette page carries the group pricing and the getting-ready timing, so start there if the weekend is a bachelorette weekend that happens to fall on Halloween.
Can you deliver Friday before we go out?
Yes. A hydration or Myers' drip at the rental before the costumes go on is a clean fit. Book earlier in the week so we can hold an arrival window that clears well before you leave.
Ten of us are in one Airbnb. Can you do the whole house?
Up to ten people at one address, yes. Tiered group rates run 10 to 15% depending on party size, one person books for the group, and we stagger the drips through the house so nobody waits in a hallway.
Which parts of town are inside the travel-included zone?
Midtown, Downtown, the Gulch, East Nashville, 12 South and Germantown are all inside it, so there is no travel fee on a delivery there. Brentwood and Franklin are covered too. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay.
