Who books a group visit

• An office

  A manager or office lead books for colleagues at the workplace, with each person choosing a drip.

• A worksite

  A crew lead books for a named crew, with each person choosing a drip, in a private indoor room at the site.

• A team offsite or retreat

  The organiser books for the team at the rental, lodge or hotel where the group is staying.

• Crew for an event you are running

  An organiser books for the crew or staff working the event, at the rental or hotel where they are staying rather than at the venue.

The person who books is the first guest on the list and pays for the whole group. Every guest is listed by name and email, so a group booking fits a known list of people rather than walk-up guests at a stand, and each guest is sent their own health questionnaire.

How a group visit runs

1. One licensed nurse runs the whole visit. Guests' IVs are started one after another, and once started they run side by side.
2. Because starts are staggered, a bigger party holds the calendar longer. The hold covers the staggered starts, the longest drip in the party and packing up, and the group booking page shows the hold for your party before you choose a time. Even for a party of two, the hold is longer than a lunch hour.
3. Every visit also includes a Nurse Practitioner evaluation before the IV starts, in person or by telehealth. Every visit's protocols are set by our founding Nurse Practitioner, with a final clinical eligibility check at intake. If IV therapy isn't the right call for a guest, we'll tell them.
4. An IV needs a private space, somewhere to sit for the length of the infusion and a safe way to handle sharps. For each guest, the nurse needs a chair or bed and a place to hang the bag.
5. Sleep Support in the Headache & Migraine Drip and Nausea + Rest Relief, given at your Nurse Practitioner's discretion, are sedating. A guest who has either should rest rather than drive.

Our drips are for adults 18 and older; we do not infuse anyone 17 or younger. For clients 60 and older, IV fluid volume is capped at one liter every two weeks with no extra-fluid add-ons, so mention your age range when you book and your provider will plan the visit accordingly.

Party size and price

A group booking takes 2 to 10 guests at one address; for a larger team, text us before you book. Each guest is priced at the menu price of the drip they pick, and the group discount grows with the size of the party. As one example, 10 guests all on The Hydration Drip pay $1,181.50 for drips, which is $208.50 under the menu price. The ladder and a worked table of party sizes are on the pricing page.

Travel is one amount for the whole visit, not per guest. Travel is included across most of our service area. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay.

Booking online, you pay a deposit of $50 per guest plus any travel amount today, and the remaining balance is charged to the same card after your visit is complete. If the card declines, we'll email you a payment link. Cancellation fees mirror our regular policy, capped at the amount paid. See Terms.
