If you are organizing a Nashville bachelorette weekend from another city, the IV question usually comes up a couple of weeks out, right after the Airbnb and the pedal tavern are locked in. The organizers who book with us mostly do it from home, ahead of the trip, and the first thing they want is a number. So here is the number, and everything else you need to decide.
The short version
A licensed nurse comes to your hotel, Airbnb, or rental with everything for the whole party, and parties of 6 or more get a second nurse. A Nurse Practitioner evaluates each person before her IV starts. Each person picks her own drip at the price on the menu, and a group discount comes off the party total automatically: 5% for 2 to 3 people, 10% for 4 to 7, 15% for 8 to 10. You book the whole group at once at /book/group, where online, one card pays a deposit per guest plus any travel amount today, and the remaining balance is charged to the same card after your visit is complete, or you text us the party size and address and we send a payment link for the full total. Travel is included across most of our service area. If your address is farther out, the exact amount is shown before you pay.
Worked totals for two common picks
The Hydration Drip is the least expensive way to do it; the Hangover Drip adds nausea and inflammation relief for the morning after. These use the menu price and the same discount ladder checkout applies, so they are what you would see at /book/group today. Add-ons and any travel charge are separate. Every per-person figure below the list price is a group rate; one person booking alone pays the list price.

Mixing drips is normal. The bride wants the beauty drip, two friends want the hangover drip, three want plain hydration: each person is priced at her own drip and the discount tier is set by the head count. People who do not want an IV can be in the room and are not charged; there is no minimum for non-participating guests.
How long a group visit takes
Each nurse starts one IV at a time, so the visit grows with the party. Intake runs about five minutes per person, IV starts are staggered about 15 minutes apart, each drip runs about 60 minutes, and the nurse packs out after the last one finishes. In practice a party of 4 is on site about 2 hours. Parties of 6 or more get a second nurse, so two guests can start their IVs at once. Book the visit to start early enough that the last person is done before the plan for the day, and give the nurse a couch and an outlet.
Booking from out of town
You can book from home before the trip. The group flow at /book/group takes the party size, each person's drip, the Nashville address, and a time, and one person pays for the party. Same-day requests on the weekend depend on the schedule, so if you know the late night is Friday, book the Saturday morning time before you fly in.
Read this before you book if any of these apply
IV therapy is elective wellness care and is not a substitute for emergency care. Anyone in the group with severe or one-sided abdominal pain, blood in vomit, fainting, confusion, or who cannot keep fluids down for a long stretch needs emergency care, not a mobile IV. Our visits are for adults 18 and older, and pregnancy visits need the obstetric provider's sign-off. The intake review before each IV can flag some of these; it cannot rule them out, and it is not skippable. If someone cannot be woken, is breathing slowly or irregularly, has a seizure, is vomiting while not fully awake, or has cold, pale or bluish skin, that can be alcohol poisoning: call 911. We do not place a line in someone who is still intoxicated, and the intake asks.
