If you are organizing a Nashville bachelorette weekend from another city, the IV question usually comes up a couple of weeks out, right after the Airbnb and the pedal tavern are locked in. The organizers who book with us mostly do it from home, ahead of the trip, and the first thing they want is a number. So here is the number, and everything else you need to decide.
The short version
One licensed nurse comes to your hotel, Airbnb, or rental with everything for the whole party. A Nurse Practitioner evaluates each person before her IV starts. Each person picks her own drip at the flat price on the menu, and a group discount comes off the party total automatically: 5% for 2 to 3 people, 10% for 4 to 7, 15% for 8 to 10. You book the whole group at once at /book/group and one card pays, or you text us the party size and address and we send a link. Travel is $0 inside our standard zone; any travel charge for your address shows before you pay.
Worked totals for the two drips groups pick most
Basic Hydration is what most groups book and the cheapest way to do it; the Hangover Drip adds nausea and inflammation relief for the morning after. These use the menu price and the same discount ladder checkout applies, so they are what you would see at /book/group today. Add-ons and any travel charge are separate.

Mixing drips is normal. The bride wants the beauty drip, two friends want the hangover drip, three want plain hydration: each person is priced at her own drip and the discount tier is set by the head count. People who do not want an IV can be in the room and are not charged; there is no minimum for non-participating guests.
How long a group visit takes
One nurse can start one IV at a time, so the visit grows with the party. Intake runs about five minutes per person, IV starts are staggered about 15 minutes apart, each drip runs 30 to 60 minutes depending on the bag, and the nurse packs out after the last one finishes. In practice: a party of 4 is on site about 2 hours, 6 people about 2 and a half, 8 about 3, and 10 about 3 and a half. Book the visit to start early enough that the last person is done before the plan for the day, and give the nurse a couch and an outlet.
Booking from out of town
Most of our bachelorette parties book a week or more ahead, from home. The group flow at /book/group takes the party size, each person's drip, the Nashville address, and a time, and one person pays. Same-day requests on the weekend depend on the schedule; the morning-after slot on a Saturday or Sunday is the one that fills, so if you know the late night is Friday, book the Saturday brunch window before you fly in.
Who this is not for
IV therapy is elective wellness care and is not a substitute for emergency care. Anyone in the group with severe or one-sided abdominal pain, blood in vomit, fainting, confusion, or who cannot keep fluids down for a long stretch needs emergency care, not a mobile IV. Our visits are for adults 18 and older, and pregnancy visits need the obstetric provider's sign-off. The nurse's intake before each IV is where these get caught; it is short, and it is not skippable.
