Aira Vinas

I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner based in Brentwood, Tennessee. My clinical background is in emergency medicine — I started as a registered nurse in the emergency department in 2017, became a Nurse Practitioner in 2020, and have spent the years since in ER and urgent care settings. I currently practice in the emergency department at Nashville General Hospital alongside my work at A&M IV Co. That ER background shapes how I approach mobile IV: a calm, well-organized visit, clear communication about what's going in the bag, and the judgment to tell someone when IV therapy isn't the right call.

I founded A&M IV Co. because Nashville needed a mobile IV option that feels as professional as a real clinic visit — just without the waiting room. Every appointment is mine personally: I do the intake, place the line, monitor the infusion, and follow up. Outside of work, I'm a wife and a mom; I built this practice around the kind of care I'd want for my own family.
